Our Story
A Family Business Built on Hard Work
J&V Builders LLC was founded in 2018 by Juan Tapia and his wife. But the experience behind the business runs much deeper — Juan has been working in construction for over 23 years, building and repairing roofs, framing homes, and installing siding across Central Washington long before J&V Builders had a name.
Starting the company was a natural step. Working for others had given Juan the skills, the knowledge, and the reputation. Going out on his own — with his wife by his side — meant they could do things their way: with honesty, care, and the kind of work ethic that only comes from treating every job like it's your own home.
Today, J&V Builders serves Moses Lake, Mattawa, Quincy, Ephrata, and communities throughout Central Washington. We're proud to be a GAF Certified roofing contractor — a recognition that reflects our commitment to craft and quality. And we're even prouder that the majority of our new customers come through word-of-mouth from people who've seen our work firsthand.
